Reset Your Password

1 On the application’s Login page, click the Forgot User ID or Reset Password? link that is located below the User ID and Password fields.

2 In the Password Reset section, type your user ID, and then click Continue.

3 On the Challenge Question and Answer page, type your answers to the challenge questions, and then click Continue.

Note: You must answer two of the three questions correctly to reset your password. If you cannot answer the questions correctly the first time, you will be presented with another set of questions. You have five consecutive attempts (in the same session) to answer the questions, after which you must contact Customer Support to reset your password. For instructions, see Contact Care360 Support.

4 On the Change Password page, do the following:

a In the New Password box, type a new password.

b In the Confirm Password box, re-type your password.

c Click Save.

5 On the application’s Login page, do the following:

a Type your user ID and your new password.

b Click Log In.
