The first time you log into Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, or EHR, you are required (in addition to changing your password) to select five challenge questions and provide an answer for each question. The challenge questions provide you with an added layer of user security and privacy, as they are used to verify your identity in the event that you need to reset your password or contact Customer Support at some point in the future.
You may also change your challenge questions and answers at any time, as needed.
