Send a Lab Result to a Patient

1 View the New Lab Results page; for instructions, see View New Lab Results .

2 Click Send or Resend (located in the Send to Patient column).

Note: When sending an Interactive Insights lab report to a patient, the patient-focused view of the report is sent and will include comments to the patient (if available).

When the lab result is successfully sent, appears in the Send to Patient column. The next time you log in and view the New Lab Results page, Resend will appear in the column for a successfully sent lab result.
