Care360 Labs & Meds is an interoperable, Web-based physician portal that provides physicians access to clinical data for patients, not only at the physician office, but also from remote locations such as a hospital or from home. Care360 Labs & Meds makes ordering labs and receiving results efficient and convenient, and provides enhanced longitudinal reporting for tracking patient progress. The application also enables physicians to share relevant health information across a secure health information network, and transmit lab results (with appropriate approvals) to a patients' Quest Diagnostics MyQuest™ account.
The Care360 ePrescribing service (a Surescripts®-certified solution) allows physicians to access formulary information, act upon Food and Drug Administration (FDA) alerts, handle refills, and electronically send or print prescriptions.

Practices wanting all of the features available with Care360 Labs & Meds and ePrescribing, plus additional features that can be used to document a full clinical encounter, upload scanned documents to a patient’s summary, and integrate with a PMS, can sign up for Care360 EHR.
Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, and EHR have been designed with strong (128-bit) encryption to protect information as it passes over the Internet between the data repository and your Web browser. To ensure the privacy of your medical practice as well as your patients’ protected health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII), you are encouraged to avoid accessing the applications from workstations on which malicious software could have been installed. For example, you should not access the applications from Internet cafés or from public workstations in libraries and universities.
When you access Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, or EHR using a computer provided to your office by Quest Diagnostics, there are certain features that are disabled (to comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations).
In short, any features not directly related to ordering laboratory tests from Quest Diagnostics and/or receiving or reviewing test results from Quest Diagnostics cannot be provided to your office without charge. For example, any data, features, or functionality related to premium services (such as Care360 ePrescribing) that your office utilizes cannot be made available without charge on equipment provided by Quest Diagnostics.
