Remove a Patient Portal Link

1 View a patient’s summary; for instructions, see Accessing a Patient Summary.

2 Click Patient Communication > Patient Portal Link > Remove Link.

Note: The option to delete (or remove) a Patient Portal link is only available when the Patient Portal Link status is Established. For other statuses, such as Requested, you can use the Resend Invitation option.

3 Click Ok to confirm that you want to remove the Patient Portal link.

The Patient Portal link is removed from Care360 EHR and MyQuest and Direct messages and results can no longer be sent. To re-establish the service, you need to create a new invitation letter and the patient needs to re-register using the new PIN.
