Quick View
This section describes the Quick View page, which provides you with a comprehensive starting point (or “home page”) and lists many of the “to-do” items or activities you can perform relating to your patients. The Quick View page is (by default) the first page you see when you log in. If you have navigated to another area of the system, you can return to the Quick View page at any time by clicking Message Center > Quick View.
When you access the Quick View page—whether you are just logging in, changing organizations, or are returning to the Quick View page from another area of the system—it displays the latest data that is available in the web application. If you leave the Quick View page displayed for an extended period of time without navigating elsewhere in the system, you can click the Refresh Page button at any time to refresh the page with the latest available data.
At a glance, based on whether you are using Quanum® eLabs, or eLabs with Quanum® ePrescribing enabled, you will see different information. Review the sections below to see what is available on your organization's Quick View page.
At a glance, you can see the following:
• Alerts. A list of items that require your attention. The alerts area appears only when you have unassigned clinical data, duplicate patients, or patient link requests that require your attention. For more information, see one of the following:

• Counts. You can click any of the headings displaying counts to address these items. The following counts are available:
• New Lab Results. A count of the new lab results that you have received, whether those results are partial or final, and whether any of the results are priority out of range, out of range, inconsistent, or have an advisory message. For more information on viewing new lab results, see Viewing New Lab Results.
• Failed Fax Messages. A count of the number of failed faxes that need to be addressed. For more information on viewing and addressing failed faxes, see Managing Faxes.
