Associating a Mobile Number with Your Username
If you would like to receive a verification code via text message for resetting your password, you must have a mobile phone number associated with your username. To ensure that the verification code is sent to the correct mobile phone number, you should periodically review and, if necessary, update the mobile phone number associated with your account.
