Retrieve Your User ID

1 On the application’s Login page, click the Forgot User ID or Reset Password? link that is located below the User ID and Password fields.

2 In the Retrieve User ID section, type the email address associated with your account, and then click Continue.

Your user ID will be sent to your associated email address. For more information about reviewing or updating the email address associated with your account, see Associating an Email Address with Your User ID.
