Associating an Email Address with Your User ID

If you forget your user ID when logging into Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, or EHR, you can click a link on the Login page and request that the user ID be sent to your email address. To ensure that the user ID is sent to the correct address, you should review and, if necessary, add or update the email address associated with your account.

Note: If you subscribe to notifications, you will also receive product updates and news at the email address you associate with your user ID. For more information about subscribing to notifications, see Notifications.
