Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, and EHR provide a number of features that ensure the security of its users, as well as the integrity of the data that is stored by the application. Security features include the following:
• Password. A valid user ID and password are required to access Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, or EHR. There are several occasions when you must change your password to maintain system security; for example, when you first log on, and when your password automatically expires. For instructions on changing your password, see Changing Your Password .
• Challenge questions and answers. Challenge questions provide an added layer of user security and privacy, as they are used to verify a user’s identity in the event that the user needs to reset their password or contact Customer Support.
