Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, and EHR provide you with the ability to record information about any lab order that is written outside of the application. For each order written outside of Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, or EHR you can record the following information:
• The original date when the order was written.
• The name of the provider who placed the order.
• The status of the order. Documented lab orders can be Ordered, Cancelled, or Erroneous.
• Diagnostics information, such as the diagnoses associated with the patient’s condition.
• The tests that were ordered.
• The status of the result. Documented lab orders can be Open, Result Pending, Resulted, or Canceled.
