The Lab Orders Tab

The Lab Orders tab provides users with access to a collection of options related to creating and viewing lab orders. Depending upon your permissions, you may have access to any of the following menu options:

Place Order. The Place Order menu allows you to access the Easy Order option for creating lab orders. For more information, see Order Entry.

Req Log. The Req Log menu option enables you to view, print, and export information about orders that have been placed as well as statistical information about order activity for selected clients. For more information, see Requisition Log.

Held/Scheduled. The Held/Scheduled menu contains options which enable you to view and manage orders that have been placed on hold. For more information about held orders, see Order Management.

Setup. The Setup menu contains options which enable you to set up information for use in placing lab orders, For more information, see Setup and Customizations.

Billing. The Billing menu enables you to access billing tools. For more information, see Paying an Invoice Online and Contacting Quest Diagnostics Billing.

Tools. The Tools menu contains options which enable you to manage your user profile. For more information, see Customizing Your User Profile.

More. The More menu provides access to various other features, such as dictionary search, limited coverage policy lookup, ordering supplies, etc. For more information, see Other Features.
