Meaningful Use EHR Use Metric Reports

To qualify for government incentive payments, providers should report on specific Meaningful Use criteria which measure EHR usage. Care360 EHR provides reports which calculate a percentage of compliance for a provider’s patient population.

Care360 EHR calculates the percentages based upon the pertinent information that is available in the system that is relevant to the measure being monitored for the particular population. This section describes each report and the criteria for the numerator and denominator that are used in arriving at the report result percentage. Some of the reports do not count all patients in the population for certain situations. See the individual report description to determine if this situation applies to a particular measure.

Several reports include data captured from the Care360 HD (for iPad®) and Care360 Mobile (for iPhone®) apps. See the individual report calculations for the details about which applications are included in the numerator and denominator calculations.

To meet the requirements for EHR usage objectives and measures, you must report on measures as described in the final rule covering the EHR Incentive Program.

Note: Care360 EHR does not provide reports for the measures which require a yes/no answer, but it does satisfy the criteria for those measures.
