The Reports Tab

Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, and EHR offer several reporting options, including the following:

Searching lab results. Find Lab Results allows you to perform an ad hoc search for lab results that have been received for a particular patient, or across all of the patients in your organization. For more information, see Searching Lab Results.

Advisory message reporting. The advisory message report allows you to view a list of tests that were not completed because insufficient information was available are referred to as tests in question (TIQs), or tests that were not performed because it was not possible to do so or because the order was canceled referred to as tests not performed (TNPs).For more information, see Viewing Advisory Messages.

Order report manager. An order report is an Excel spreadsheet that contains information about orders placed for one or more clients of one or more labs for a specific date range and other criteria. For more information, see Working with Order Reports.

Informatics queries. The Informatics Query allows you to perform an ad hoc search across all of the patient data in your organization. For more information, see Performing an Informatics Query.

E-patient status reporting. Accessing the e-Patient report page allows you to view the status of patients who want to participate in the e-Patient feature. For more information, see Reviewing the e-Patient Status Report.

Electronic prescribing transaction reporting. An Rx Transaction report allows you to see a history of all medications (including each medication’s Sig. information) that were prescribed within your organization during a 30-day period. Billing reporting. You can generate a report displaying encounter notes for patients at your organization that contain billing details. For more information, see Generating a Billing Report.

Usage metrics. Healthcare providers who use Care360 EHR as part of their patient care can generate usage metrics reports to identify and track specific measures of care, such as the use of clinical decision support tools to manage disease and medication, or electronic prescription writing. Clinical quality measure reporting. To qualify for government incentive payments, providers can generate reports on specific quality measures that are designed to monitor the quality of patient care. For more information, see Meaningful Use CQM Reports.

EHR use metrics. To qualify for government incentive payments, providers can generate reports on specific Meaningful Use criteria which measures EHR usage. For more information, see Meaningful Use EHR Use Metric Reports.

Audit reporting. Generating an Audit report allows you to view recently audited actions taken by users within your organization as well as actions automatically performed by the Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, and EHR applications. For more information, see Generating an Audit Report.

PQRS reporting. To qualify for government incentive payments, providers can generate reports on specific quality measures that are designed to monitor the quality of patient care. For more information, see Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS).

CCDA import reports. The CCDA Import menu option enables you to view reports about batches of Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (CCDA) formatted documents that were imported in order to add patient data to the system. For more information, see Managing CCDA Import Reports.

Controlled substance reports. Controlled substance reports are available for Care360 ePrescribing or EHR organizations which have EPCS. For more information on the available reports, see Controlled Substances Reporting
