Print the OB Header and Flowsheets

1 While viewing an encounter note with an OB header and flowsheets, click > Print OB Data.

The report may contain header data including past pregnancy information, the Pregnancy flowsheet including pregnancy‑related comments, the Labs flowsheet, practice name and address, and patient demographic information.

Notes:

• The patient Education flowsheet cannot be printed.

• Lab results available from the Labs flowsheet must be printed separately.

2 In the Adobe Reader toolbar, click .

3 In the Print dialog box, configure any additional print settings, as needed, and then click Print.
