Care360 EHR provides you with the ability to record information about any radiology order that you placed on paper or using a radiology ordering system. For each order placed outside of the Care360 EHR, you can record the following information:
• The original date when the order was written.
• The name of the provider who placed the order.
• The status of the order. Documented radiology orders can be Ordered, Cancelled, or Erroneous.
• Procedure information, such as the ICD code, CPT®/HCPCS code, LOINC, or SNOMED description for the procedure you want performed.
• Diagnostics information, such as the diagnoses associated with the patient’s condition.
• Instructional information, such as detailed information or instructions for the diagnostic technicians.
• The result status of the order. Documented radiology orders can be Open, Result Pending, Resulted, or Canceled.
