Specify Patient Link Request Preferences for an Organization

1 In the information bar, click Admin > Organization Preferences.

2 On the Organization Preferences page, scroll to the Patient Requests section.

3 Click the appropriate option button to specify how patient link requests are managed by your organization:

Automatically Approve. Approves all patient link requests as soon as they are received.

Automatically Deny. Denies all patient link requests as soon as they are received.

Manually Approve and Deny. A patient link request is never approved or denied automatically. It can only be approved or denied manually.

4 To save the organization preferences, click Set.

Any changes you make to your organization preference settings take effect immediately.
