Documenting Medication or Prescription Orders Placed Outside of Care360 ePrescribing or EHR

Care360 ePrescribing or EHR enables you to record the following information about each medication or prescription order that is placed outside of the system:

• The name of the medication and whether it was a vaccination

• The date when the medication or prescription order was written

• The name of the provider who wrote the medication or prescription order

• The current status of the medication or prescription order

• Any additional notes you want to capture about the medication or prescription order
