Viewing and Managing a Prescription

The Sent Items and Queued Items lists allow you to view, by date of occurrence, a history of all prescription-related orders that have occurred in Care360 ePrescribing or EHR over the previous seven calendar days (for example, all successfully submitted prescriptions) The Sent Items list also provides access to current activity, such as failed faxes, and allows you address them.
