Using the Support Center

Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, and EHR provide a robust support center to help you work effectively. To access the Support Center page, click the Help link in the information bar. The support center includes tools and links that enable you to:

Use the Online Help. In addition to the entire online help system available by clicking Online Help from the Support Center page, task-specific help is also available from most pages of Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, and EHR. To view help for the task you are currently performing, click at the top-right of the page, dialog box, or area in which you are working.

View QuickStart cards. One-page quick reference cards are available which provide instructions for many of the tasks performed in the system.

Note: The QuickStart cards are also available from the Online Training page.

Participate in Online Training. Online tutorials are available for specific tasks. To participate, click Online Training, then from the Online Training page, click the link for the tutorial that you want to view.

View Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). A list of FAQs is available to provide answers for some of the most commonly asked questions regarding features or tasks. To view frequently asked questions, click FAQs and Forms, then from the Frequently Asked Questions page, click the link for the document that you want to view.

Access Password Reset Instructions. In this area, click Click here for password reset instructions. Instructions for resetting your password appear in a new window.

View Additional Information and Resources. Click one of the following links to view additional resources and information:

Administrative Access. Click this link to access a contract which you can complete to request access to administrative options in Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, or EHR. After printing and reviewing the contract, you can sign and fax the contract to Care360 Support to have administrator permissions assigned to your user account.

Remote Support. Click this link to contact Care360 Support.

Install. Click this link to install browser plug-ins that support Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, or EHR.

Quest Diagnostics Resources. Click this link to access a page of direct links to Quest Diagnostics websites which contain information you can use to enhance professional development, practice management, and patient support. Examples of resources include such topics as: featured tests, patient health library, PSC locator, insurance lists, interpretive guide, and medical news.

Contact Us. Click this link to access a contact page for Care360 Support.

Give Us Your Feedback. You can provide information about your experiences with Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, or EHR to improve future releases.
