1 In the information bar, click Preferences > Challenge Questions.
2 On the Challenge Questions page, do the following to remove an existing challenge question:
a Select the check box next to the challenge question(s) you want to remove.
b Click Remove Selected.
c In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes to confirm that you want to remove the question(s).
3 At Challenge Question and Answer, do the following to add a new challenge question:
a In the Challenge Question list, click a challenge question.
b In the Challenge Answer box, type your answer to the selected question. Your answer must contain at least two characters.
c In the Confirm Challenge Answer box, re-type your answer to the selected question.
d To save the new challenge question and answer, click Save.
