Accessing the e-Patient report page allows you to view the status of patients who want to participate in the e-Patient feature (to learn more about an e-Patient and how to send results to an e-Patient, see Sending Results to an e‑Patient). In addition to viewing e-Patient status information, you can also re-generate PIN letters for patients and send the letters to the patients by email or to print new letters
Each e-Patient status appears on a separate tab — Established, Pending, and Expired —of the e-Patient report page. For a complete description of the three statuses, as well as a list of actions that are available from each tab on the report, see the table below.

Established |
All patients listed on the Established tab have registered their PIN with an e-Patient. |
• Delete links, individual or multiple. • Print the list of patients that appears on this tab. • Sort the table by any column. |
Pending |
All patients listed on the Pending tab have either: • Requested a PIN through a Patient Service Center (PSC) or an in-office phlebotomist (IOP) as a patient link request. These requests are indicated by a PSC/IOP Request Type. • Received a PIN letter (in person or through an email) from their physician but have not yet registered the PIN. These are indicated by In Office in the Request Type column. Note: See Addressing Patient Link Requests for more information on responding to patient link requests. |

Expired |
All patients listed on the Expired tab have PINs that are expired. |
