This section provides instructions for locating a patient within Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, or EHR. There are a number of methods for accessing patient information, as well as performing specific tasks for your patients.
Depending on where you are in the system or what you are trying to accomplish, use one of the following methods to access a patient summary:
• Select a recently‑viewed patient. Select from a list of the last 20 patients whose patient summaries have been viewed during your current user session.
When you select a patient in this manner, you directly access their patient summary.
• Search for a patient. Use one of the following search methods to locate a patient:
• Find a patient by performing a basic search, using criteria including the patient’s name, SSN, patient ID, care site, or DOB.
• Find a patient using advanced search criteria.
