The appointment list that is available on the Quick View page displays a list of patients (Today’s Patients list) scheduled for the current day. For each scheduled patient, their last name and visit start time display, and if available, additional information including first name, reason for visit, age, sex, Patient Identification Number (PID), and associated provider. Additionally, if your organization has enabled Patient Flow, you will have the ability to check a patient into Patient Flow.
The appointment list filters based upon the logged in user. If you are a provider, the Today’s Patients appointment list displays a list of all your patients who are scheduled for the current day. If you are not a provider, the Today’s Patients appointment list displays a list of patients scheduled for the current day for the entire organization. You can also choose to view patients scheduled for the next day, filter the list by an individual provider or all providers in your organization, or print the appointment list.
