Once an uploaded document has been assigned to a patient, it is no longer available in the Uncategorized Files list; however, uploaded documents assigned to a patient can be viewed from the patient’s summary in the Patient Uploaded Documents list.
Uploaded documents of a specific type, such as lab results, radiology results, diagnostic results, clinical notes, or other documents, can also be viewed from additional locations in the patient’s summary, including the Comments, Clinical Notes, Diagnostics, Recent Radiology Results, Recent Requisitions, and Other Documents sections, or the All Reports or Current Patient Radiology Results lists.
