Viewing All Lab Results for a Patient

This section provides instructions for accessing any lab results that have been received for a particular patient, regardless of when the result was received by Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, or EHR. All lab results for a patient (even if they still appear on the New Lab Results list) are accessible from the patient’s summary.

You can view lab results for a patient either by test, or by requisition (which may contain one or more tests). You can view the most recent tests and requisitions on the patient’s summary, or you can click the All Lab Results menu item or View All link to access tables containing all results (by requisition) and tests for the patient. Additionally, you can specify whether the Interactive Insights report or basic report displays by default by choosing a default lab view from the General Preferences page, or while viewing the report in the application.
