Patient Results

This section describes the patient results functions (including lab results, radiology results, and diagnostic results), which allow you to do the following:

View new lab results. All new test results that are received are consolidated into one location, so that you can quickly review the latest lab results for all of your patients. For information on viewing new lab results, see Viewing New Lab Results .

View all lab results for a particular patient. All lab test results that are received for an individual patient are permanently stored, and are accessible from the patient’s summary. For information on viewing lab results for a particular patient, see Viewing All Lab Results for a Patient .

Mark new lab results as reviewed. A lab result can be marked and saved as Reviewed. Once a result has been marked Reviewed, the Reviewed By message appears in the result details and includes the name of the user who marked the result as reviewed, as well as the date and time it was reviewed. For information on marking results as Reviewed, see Marking a Lab Result as Reviewed.

Manage lab result annotations. Annotations can be added to lab results which are available anywhere the lab is viewed, and are included when the report is printed. For information on lab result annotations, see Viewing or Adding Lab Result Annotations.

View clinical messages from a referenced lab result. You can access a list of clinical messages which reference a specific lab result while reviewing the result details. For information on viewing clinical messages from a result, see Viewing Clinical Messages from a Referenced Lab Result.

View new clinical documents. All new clinical documents that are received by Care360 EHR are available for viewing in one location so that you can view the documents for all of your patients. For more information on viewing new clinical documents, see Viewing New Clinical Documents.
