1 Access a patient’s summary; for instructions, see Accessing a Patient Summary.
2 In the messages section, click the arrow to display either Sent Messages or Received Messages.
The Sent Messages and Received Messages sections display messages for the patient that you have sent to other Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, or EHR users, or Direct users, or that you have received from other Care360 Labs & Meds, ePrescribing, or EHR users, or Direct users. If you want to view a list of messages that reference the patient and have been sent or received by any user in the organization, click the View All link.
3 In the Sent Messages or Received Messages section, click a message to view its content.
