View the Practice‑Wide Inbox

1 Click the Message Center tab.

2 In the Messages menu, click Inbox.

Note: If your organization has unread messages in the practice wide Inbox, a link appears at the top-right corner of the page informing you how many unread practice-wide messages exist.

3 In the View list, click Practice Wide.

4 In the list of messages in the practice wide Inbox, click the message you want to view.

5 Review the content of the message body, as well as any attached clinical activities, as applicable. To view attached clinical activities in detail, click the corresponding link in the list of Attachment(s).

6 Do one of the following, as applicable:

Reply to a Clinical Message

Note: Replying to a clinical message in the Practice Wide Inbox sends the reply with your name as the sender.

Print a Clinical Message

View Message Tracking Information

Save a Clinical Message to a Patient Summary

Delete a Clinical Message
