1 Click the Message Center tab.
2 In the Messages menu, click Inbox.
Tip: The View list displays which Inbox you are currently viewing. |
Note: If your organization has unread messages in the Practice Wide Inbox, a link appears at the top-right corner of the page informing you how many unread practice-wide messages exist. For more information, see View the Practice‑Wide Inbox. |
3 In the messages Inbox, click the message you want to view.
4 Review the content of the message body, as well as any attached clinical activities, as applicable.
5 Do one of the following, as applicable:
• View Message Tracking Information
